THE WORLD OF WINDPAL

First and probably most critical part of any wind farm project development is analysis of location, including collecting MET ocean data, environmental assessment, and geological site survey. Collected data is crucial for making decisions on type of foundations, installation methods and overall project operations and maintenance schedules. Windpal...

Lidar Support is a 12, 18 or 24 month offshore Lidar survey is in support of collecting critical data and essential in the overall EIA assessment. It has become standard for the wind industry to deploy Lidar bouys to gather as much real time data as possible, including: Wind speeds - Typhon & lightning intensity - Sea currents - Temperatures...

Geophysical investigations are used to estimate the physical properties of the subsurface by measuring, analysing, and interpreting seismic, electrical, electromagnetic, gravitational, and magnetic fields. Geophysical data is used to provide information on the physical properties of the surface of the seabed as well as subsurface in order to...

Offshore geotechnical investigation is directly linked with foundation design, construction, maintenance and decommissioning for human-made structures in the sea. Oil platforms, wind turbines foundations, submarine pipelines are examples of such structures. A geotechnical examination includes seabed surface and subsurface exploration, soil...
